Logan Jory (pictured below), who took over the position at the end of August, spent almost nine years at Tijeras Creek beginning in 2008 when he started working on the driving range through 2016 when he served as As- sistant Food and Bev- erage Manager. Following a two- and-a-half-year depar- ture, he has returned to take on the new role. what's it like to be back at tijeras creek? It feels great to be home. what are some of the things you'll be working on first and will there be any changes? We are going to make updates to the drink and food se- lections and some behind-the-scenes actions that will improve the experience of each guest. favorite thing on the menu at tj's cantina? The Back 9 Nachos. It's one of our longest-lasting menu items and it's a hit year after year. It's also great to share for everyone at the table. what do you like doing in your spare time? Playing golf and working on non-wing 410 dirt sprint cars. u u u empLoyees of the month… Tijeras Creek would like to congratulate its lat- est Employees of the Month. In June, there were two members of the golf course maintenance staff who earned the honor, rueben cornejo and sergio manriquez. Both are longtime employees at Tijeras Creek, with Cornejo logging 18 years and three months and Manriquez 14 years and 9 months. jessie jimenez, who works in Food and Bever- age, earned Employee of the Month honors in July, and alejandro gonzalez of the golf course maintenance staff, won in August.
